Model No. 02.6000 Standard Arrow Board with Controller

The Control Unit is housed in an durable aluminum chassis and the heavy duty components will give years of dependable service.  Pilot lights indicate to the operator which direction the Arrow Board is flashing.  All wiring necessary to install the Control Box and Arrow Board is provided.  The Control Box also comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation.  All internal components are easy to service and readily available from the factory.

The Two Piece Arrow Board directs oncoming traffic right, left, and both ways around a roadway obstruction.  Using the caution mode, the two corner lamps of each arrow panel flash without indicating direction.  The Two Piece Arrow Board is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum.  Its back panel neatly protects wiring and components.  The Two Piece Arrow Board comes standard with shock mounted, weather tight, sealed amber lamps.   Threaded inserts in each arrow panel allow for a wide variety of mounting applications.  The cab mounted Control Box is also constructed of durable aluminum.   the Control Box is easy to install and operate and has pilot lights which indicate the direction the Arrow Board is flashing.

Control Unit

Features:
     •   The Large Arrow Board comes with a control box, heavy-duty cables and plug-in
         connector.
     •   Fourteen 4" diameter sealed-beam lamps flash in five operational modes.  Lamps
         flash in a progressive sequential pattern in the right arrow, left arrow and double
         arrow modes.  Lamps flash simultaneously in the center bar and four corner
         caution modes.
     •   Choose from incandescent lamps, Standard LED PAR 36 lights with 16 high-intensity
         LEDS, or Ultra-Bright LED PAR 36 lights with 52 high-intensity LEDS.
     •   All lamps are shock-mounted and weather-sealed.  High-impact plastic Sun Shields
         increase visibility up to 1/2 mile.
     •   The cab-mounted, 3-relay control box has on/off and mode selection switches,
         pilot lights that indicate flash patterns, and day/night intensity settings.  It connects
         easily to the Arrow Board with a 20' pre-wired harness and comes with a bail
         mounting bracket and all necessary wiring.
     •   Frame construction is of heavy-gauge, epoxy-coated aluminum.
     •   Fourteen threaded inserts in the Arrow Board frame accommodate a variety of
         mounting applications.
